- We will meet the needs of all exceptional learners.

ESSA (NCLB revised): Every Student Succeeds Act
- A revision of the No Child Left Behind Act.
- No Child Left Behind required states to create standards to hold students and teachers accountable for meeting them.
- ESSA put more power back into the states hands.
FERPA: Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
- We are required to protect our students educational records.
- We must protect the anonymity of our students.
